2) Open the ila app to view all eligible transactions that can be converted to Easy Payment Plans (EPPs). 

3) Select "Easy Pay" to filter eligible transactions from the list of Credit Card Transactions. 

4) Click on the "Apply for Easy Pay" button to start the process.
